This 2 bedroom 2 bath poolside second floor condo has all of the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit, and a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean! Sit out on the balcony with your cup of coffee for a lovely sunrise over the Atlantic ocean or take a stroll along the beach. The poolside has 2 grills and the cabana has inside seating for you. Whether you are here to relax on the beach or catch the attractions surrounding the city, Hacienda del Sol II has the best view on the island. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
