There was only two of us so en suite shower used but this really does need a makeover as mold appearing on tile grouting and en suite is really dated probably from original build date. Kitchen also seems to date back from original build date and need s a complete make over. 2nd bedroom only given a mid rate of 3 as never used other than too keep luggage in there

   The new carpeting was nice. The dishes get very hot when using the microwave. I bought and left a baking dish and new placemats. The others have been there for years and I wouldn't use them. I didn't want to throw anything away, but there are items in the kitchen that are broken or rusty.
