Wake up to amazing sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony of this clean and newly renovated courtyard condo. Located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, you'll enjoy easy beach access to some of the clearest water and best surf on Florida's Atlantic coast. Condo features a king size bed in master bedroom, single pullout chair bed, twin bed in bonus room, plus pull out sleep sofa in living room for accommodations of up to six people. Wireless internet and Premier Cable TV with phone is provided. For clarity. this unit is a 1 bedroom unit and the extra bunk room is not considered to be a bedroom.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
