The slider opens to our beautiful new cabana, courtyard and BBQ areas. Come relax by the pool, play a little shuffle board or take a stroll along the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
