This family friendly, updated and open concept space makes it a favorite. It’s located on the 4th floor overlooking the pool with excellent ocean views from the north facing front door and south facing sliders. The kitchen is appointed with all the cookware essentials of home and includes a large custom island. The master bedroom has an excellent ocean view and includes a king size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, decorated in a "surf" motif, has a queen bed and twin bunk beds with large TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Condo comes equipped with all the linens you’ll need including sheets, blankets, bath and beach towels. This unit has a variety of board games, puzzles, dvd movies, blue tooth speaker and largeTV and DVD player in the family room. The full sized washer/dryer is an added bonus. Wifi included. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
