The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a king sized bed in both bedrooms. The guest bedroom king can be converted to 2 twins. It's ideal for a family of 4. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need...except for food of course. Tucked away in a quiet corner over the courtyard, you can choose to either relax by the pool, take a nap on the beach, or read a book on the private balcony.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
