Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to unit 110!
This one bedroom oceanview condo is conveniently located poolside on the ground floor with a great ocean view. The living room area has a 50" UHDTV and fast access DSL lite connection available. From the patio you can relax and look out over the large heated pool and enjoy a view of the ocean at the same time. You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a small second TV, and a large walk-in closet. There is a queen sleeper in the living room and also a small childs room with a twin bed. The coin operated washer/dryer in located in the laundry room steps from the unit entry. There is not a washer/dryer inside the condo.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
