This spacious end unit complete with stainless steel kitchen appliances, all new furnishings and extra large living area is the perfect location for family vacations or couples traveling with their friends. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 full-size bunk beds with twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom. All total comfortably sleeping up to 10. A washer and dryer in the utility room off the kitchen is an added convenience.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.
