   Well renovated, great view, desirable property. Unfortunately needs some furniture updating, especially needs comfortable deck furniture. A coffee table would be an asset. Kitchen utensils should be revisited... too many frying pans, outdated pots , more usable coffee cups and wine glasses, for example. Also beach accessories for families would be good to add. AND please update the phone system.
