Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Hacienda del Sol II. We hope you enjoy your stay and return many times. For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please comply with our rules.

CHECK IN: Everyone in your party staying on the property must be registered in the office.

PARKING PERMITS: All vehicles must have a parking permit. Any vehicle without a parking permit will be TOWED at vehicle owner's expense. Permits are available at the office. If you arrive when the office is closed, place a note on the dashboard with the unit number and last name of the owner until you can get a pass.


  • Hours: 9:00am to 10:00 pm.
  • Anyone in pool area before 9 a.m. will be asked to leave.
  • The pool cleaning and chemicals are done in the morning before 9 a.m.
  • No running, No diving, No horseplay, No cut-off jeans.
  • Do not play on the safety rope in the pool, or with any of the safety equipment.
  • Radios must be kept low and not disturb others.
  • Do not move loungers or chairs from pool deck.
  • Saving lounge chairs with towels is not permitted. Management will remove towels found.
  • Not permitted in pool: toys, floats, boogie boards, baby diapers or food.
  • No Frisbees, balls, or game playing in pool area.

All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. All children under the age of three (3) must wea r a swim diaper and rubber pants when using the swimming pools to prevent waste getting into the pool.

Remove sand and tar before entering pool, cabana, elevator or any unit.

CABANA: Hours 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. unless approved by manager.

SHUFFLE BOARD COURT: Hours 9:00am to 10:00pm - Return all equipment after use.


RAILINGS: Do not hang towels, clothing or personal items from balconies or railings.

OUTDOOR COOKING: Grills are not permitted on any balcony or patio.

QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please understand noises carry through the courtyard.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for their children and their actions at all times.

Anyone in violation of these rules may be asked to leave the property.

Information & Policies

Every vacation condo is individually owned and is decorated to the owner's taste. Premiere Cable TV is standard, and each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Pets are not allowed in rental units. Sorry, no exceptions.

All units are non-smoking. It is permitted to smoke outdoors away from the unit.

Although linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as linens are not to be removed from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to the guests. An initial supply of trash liners, bathroom tissue and bath soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning supplies are not provided.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on every floor and some units have their own washer /dryer. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that descriptions of the privately owned condos on this website are accurate. If you have any questions, please call the office.

Hurricane Policy: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and an evacuation for New Smyrna Beach and/or Volusia County issued in order for you to be refunded a portion of your stay for early departure.

Observe the Occupancy Limits

We reserve the right to refuse occupancy if, in the agents opinion, occupancy is detrimental to the property. We rent to families, couples and responsible adults 21 years and older. The occupancy limits in each home description are firm and are closely monitored. While all beds are listed to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements, no overcrowding is allowed. During busy summer weeks extra visitors to the property other than registered guests in the unit must park off-site. Guests who exceed the occupancy limits will face immediate termination of the rental, with no refund of rental monies paid. Please include all members of your family at the time of reservation.

Things Beyond Our Control

Our staff is here to help make sure your stay is enjoyable. However, there are a few things that are simply out of our control (noted in our policy disclosure). Examples of these types of "nuisances," which DO NOT warrant any refund of rental monies include: breakdown of air conditioners, TVs, VCRs, electronics or appliances, bad weather or noisy neighbors. Please allow 24 hours for the cooling of refrigerators and air conditioners. During hot summer weeks, time is needed for these appliances to properly function.
