1. All rentals in Peak season are from Saturday to Saturday weekly or monthly. Monthly rates are based on a 4 week stay from Saturday to Saturday for a total of 28 days. No monthly rentals in June or July.
2. During certain times of the year we may offer stays of less than one week as long as the duration is in between two Saturdays. A 4-night minimum stay is required for all short term offers. The pricing of nightly rates is not necessarily determined by pro-rating weekly rate.
Peak Season: January through April and June through August
Value Season: May, and September through December
